Quotes and contracts

Website content is for information. Prices shown are starting points in CAD. A project or monthly plan is only confirmed when both sides agree in writing (email is sufficient). Scope, timeline, payment schedule and deliverables in that agreement control over marketing copy.

Website plans

Monthly website plans have a 12-month initial term because the website build is financed through the monthly fee. After the initial term, plans continue month-to-month and can be cancelled with notice as stated in the agreement. Unused monthly update time does not roll over. Domain registration is included while the plan remains active.

Project work

Custom applications, e-commerce, large redesigns and AI automation are quoted separately. Client materials, third-party accounts and timely feedback are required to keep a schedule. AI API usage, third-party subscriptions and paid software licences are billed separately or capped as agreed.

Taxes and payment

Taxes are extra where applicable. Late or failed payments may pause hosting, support or delivery until the account is current.

Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful content, abuse of infrastructure or anything that would reasonably put other clients at risk. We may suspend service in those cases.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Think AI Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months.
